Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Big On God Co.. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at hello@bigongod.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.
Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
